What we ask of you: don’t scrape or resell the question bank — humans spent months cleaning it. One account = one aspirant; please don’t run your entire hostel on a single login. Be decent in any community spaces. What we may do: improve, change, or occasionally retire features — and when it’s something you’ll feel, we’ll tell you before, not after. Money stuff: refunds are 7 days, full, as described on our Pricing page and FAQ. Cancelling is two clicks in settings.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older, or use cheatbook with a parent or guardian’s consent. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and maintain one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
The service
cheatbook provides a previous-year question bank, a paper builder, and AI-assisted gap analysis for exam practice. AI-generated content may contain errors; verify important answers against official sources and use the report button when something looks wrong. The service is study material, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee any exam outcome.
Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not scrape, bulk-download, copy, resell or redistribute the question bank or platform content, use it to train machine-learning models, share accounts, or interfere with the service’s operation.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at purchase [state whether inclusive of GST] and billed through [payment processor]. You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect from settings.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design, tagging, explanations and compilations are owned by us. Official exam questions belong to their respective conducting bodies and are provided for educational practice. Your practice data remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, suspension and termination
We may update, add or retire features, and will give advance notice of material changes where feasible. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction [confirm venue]. Before going legal, write to us — we would genuinely rather fix it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with its date, flagging material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
