privacy, in plain words

TL;DR

We collect your practice data because “fix my gaps” literally cannot work without knowing your gaps. We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ads. Delete your account and your data goes with it. The formal policy below says the same thing in more words.

What we collect: your account basics (name, email, mobile number), and your practice activity — questions attempted, answers, time taken, topics. That activity is the product: it’s how we find your weak areas.

What we never do: sell your data. Show you ads. Share your number with “counsellors” or coaching institutes who’d love to call you at dinner.

What we use in aggregate: anonymised patterns (like “most people get this question wrong”) to improve the question bank. Aggregate means no name, no email, no you.

Your controls: delete your account from settings — deletion means deletion, not “deactivation.” Want a copy of your data first? Email info@cheatbook.ai and a human will send it.

If anything in the formal text below ever contradicts this summary, tell us — that’s a bug, and we’ll fix whichever one is wrong.
